	The National Conference of Artists National Conference of Artists Michigan Chapter's Exhibition Program offers Michigan artists an opportunity for expanding avenues of creative expression. These exhibits are designed to challenge artists in new format, diverse media and pose thematic issues. Traveling exhibits in Michigan and elsewhere in the United States are planned. This broadening of audiences will give greater exposure to Michigan artists as well as establish them in the wider context of African American and American Art.	"Yo Wombman" Valerie Fair
	The exhibitions at the NCA Gallery feature works by Michigan artists as well as nationally and internationally known artists such as Betye Saar, Samella Lewis, David Driskell, Sam Gilliam, Prentis H. Polk, Varnette Honeywood, Calvin Jones, Adger Cowans, Robert Colescott, Richard Mayhew, Yvonne Tucker, Frank Smith, Sharon E. Sutton and Africobra.
